What should I do if my order was damaged in transit?

If the packaging appears damaged, where possible, you should refuse delivery.

If this isn’t possible, then make a note with the courier when signing for your delivery.

Please contact us within 48 hours so we can raise a claim with the courier. Where the packaging looks okay but you have found damaged items inside, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
