Placing an order
- Whilst on Accuride-europe.com website, click on "Store" to place an order
- Filter the products by selecting the criteria you need for a slide
- On the product page, select the appropriate slide length from the dropdown menu
- Click on the plus to increase the quantity of slides desired and click the minus sign to decrease.
- Click "Add to Cart" to add the items
- Click on the shopping cart on the top right-hand side, and click "proceed to checkout"
- Log into your account or create one
Please note that once you have created your account and selected your country you cannot change it. So if you want to deliver to a different country we recommend you create a new account.
- Select your shipping method and click "next"
- Verify your address
- Verify your billing address under "Payment method"
- If your billing and shipping address are not the same, deselect the "My billing and shipping address are the same” checkbox and enter a different billing address
- Select payment method and input your details
- Select the box accepting the terms and conditions, and click "place order"
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2pm GMT are processed and shipped by end of business day. Orders placed after 2pm GMT are processed by end of next business day.
Accuride operating hours for order processing and customer service are Monday through Thursday from 8am to 4pm GMT (8am to 4pm CET), and Friday 8am to 1.45pm GMT (8am to 3pm CET), excluding UK national holidays.
Order Changes – In the event that you need to change an order, you must contact customer service prior to receiving shipment confirmation. Otherwise, you will need to return the product once it is received as explained below.
Order Cancellation – In the event that you need to cancel an order, you must contact customer service prior to receiving a shipment confirmation. Once the order has shipped, we will not refund shipping charges and you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
